Nyesha Joseph
Franchise Business Consultant

My name is Nyesha Joseph and I am the Regional Manager for Teacupfuls.

Once upon a time, I spent four years playing college basketball—a time that really shaped my discipline, work ethic, and competitive drive. While balancing the demands of athletics, I also earned my business degree with a concentration in marketing, which sparked my passion for branding, strategy, and connecting with people.

Today, I enjoy experiencing life through culture and adventure. I love trying foods from all around the world, discovering new flavors and cuisines whenever I get the chance. In the summertime, you’ll usually find me soaking up the sunshine—floating down the river, relaxing, and making the most of the season. I’m also a big fan of live music, especially nights spent at the amphitheater where the energy and atmosphere bring everything together.

I was born in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, and later raised in Anchorage and Girdwood, Alaska—two very different places that gave me a unique perspective on life. From island roots to mountain living, those experiences have shaped who I am today.

Courtney Lehman
Manager, Eastside Bend

Hi! My name is Courtney Lehman & I’m the manager of Teacupfuls East in Bend, Oregon!

I absolutely LOVE being part of the company! It’s been such a fun and rewarding experience—getting to meet new people, connect with the community, and create drinks that brighten someone’s day is something I genuinely enjoy.

I’ve lived in Oregon my whole life. I grew up in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge and moved here three years ago. Since then, the high desert has truly become the place where I feel most at home. I love the sunshine, the open skies, and the outdoor lifestyle that comes with living here.

When I’m not slingin’ drinks at the shop, you can usually find me tending to my indoor jungle, hanging out with my three cats, or adventuring outside somewhere. Whether it’s exploring a new trail, soaking up the scenery, or just enjoying a quiet moment with my plants, I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by nature, good vibes, and a little bit of chaos from my cats.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being part of the company—it’s been such a positive experience working with the team, connecting with customers, and being in an environment that’s both fast-paced and fun.

I moved to Bend in August 2025 from Southern Illinois, and since then I’ve been falling more and more in love with Oregon every single day. The scenery, the outdoor lifestyle, and the overall vibe here have been such an exciting change, and I’m really enjoying everything this new chapter has to offer.

So far, I’ve traveled to most of the U.S. as well as Ireland, the U.K., France, and Denmark—and I’m always looking forward to planning the next adventure.
